We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.


Marketing Specialist skills & qualification
A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principle and tactics.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.
· Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
· Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
· Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
· Solid computer skills, including Hubspot, MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools
· Well-organized and detail oriented
· Exceptional communication and writing skills (English & Spanish)
· Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
· BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent


Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
· Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
· Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
· Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

The Commercial Representative (CRC) is responsible for generating leads in a specific region, supporting the sales team to achieve its goals in this specific area.
He/she identify commercial opportunities for potential saving/improving performance for the Absolicon supply chain, supporting the purchasing and sales activities to become more competitive in this specific country or industrial sector.
Commercial Representative skills & qualification
CRC give general introduction, specific presentations, demonstrate products or services to potential buyers, and introduce sales terms / purchasing specifications.
· Communication & Interpersonal Skills
It is required excellent verbal and written communication skills of English, he/she must also be able to cold call prospects with confidence in order to gain new clients/suppliers using/knowing the best channels/approaches.
· Research & Strategy
The CRC has strong research and analysis skills. These are necessary in order to find opportunities in different countries and industrial sectors.


Commercial representative Duties and Responsibilities
Generating leads for Sales
The main responsibility of CRC is to generate leads, preparing and submit Absolicon marketing material to different targets market, understanding and promoting Absolcion´s programs. Achieve agreed upon leads target and outcome within schedule.
Report on market studies
CRC is responsible to supply the management with weekly and/or monthly report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services of different markets. Maintaining lead records and providing leads presentation to a range of prospective targets utilizing Hubspot software.
Attend exhibitions & Conferences
CRC is entitled to attend virtual or real exhibitions, introducing Absolicon technology, product and value during the events, looking for potential new opportunities and customers, establish customer relations management database to be transfer after the event to the account manager(s). Visiting potential clients to evaluate need or promote products and services.
Support Absolicon organization
The CRC assists purchasing team in quotations activities, sourcing potential suppliers in different markets. (max 30% of the working time). Visa mindre

The job requires good knowledge and skills to independently conduct in-depth analyzes and surveys of the Spanish-speaking markets, primarily in America, on behalf of Absolicon.
Business Specialist skills & qualification
Business Specialist requires data analysis (demographic, financial, competitor, etc.) skills, he/she must possess excellent communication and writing skills, be adept in business and development as well as possess interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
· Research & Strategy – In order to have an understanding of how Absolicon can be positioned in a specific Market, the Business Specialist must have strong research and strategic analysis skills. These are necessary in order to benchmark the competition and keep the company ahead of it.

They are required in order to communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved. I Härnösand bygger vi världens största solfångarfält med koncentrerande solfångare. Under hösten skall ett stort antal solfångare tillverkas, monteras och kopplas in på fjärrvärmenätet. Det färdiga fältet kommer producera en miljon kilowattimmar per år.
Vi söker montörer som är flinka på att skruva och montera. Arbetet kräver systematik, ordningssinne och noggrannhet. Eftersom Absolicon också en verkstad med CNC-maskiner och det är en fördel om du har erfarenhet av verkstadsarbete.
Vi tänker oss att du arbetat som montör eller operatör inom industrin eller har annan erfarenhet av att montera mekanisk utrustning.
Arbetet är i första hand en allmän visstidsanställning, heltid på tre månader.

Then you should apply for the position as a Key Account Manager at Absolicon, a developing growth company that is now reinforcing with one more person to the sales department.
In your role, you are responsible for the entire sales process, which includes everything from analyzing prospects to creating and maintaining good and long-term customer relationships. You process both new and existing customers, partly by handling incoming inquiries by phone and mail, but also by ongoing customer visits on site at the companies. You prepare quotes and register orders and participate as the company's representative at trade fairs and other events.
You are responsible for finding new business opportunities and complete solutions together with your colleagues on sales, production, projects, development and purchasing. You work on the basis of a sales budget, which means both planning and follow-up in close collaboration with the sales manager and others in the sales team.
We are looking for a person with several years of work experience in a similar position and with a good understanding of large companies. You have worked as a B2B seller, preferably with industry background and has worked in large projects. It is an advantage if you have a technical education.
As a person, you are result- and goal-oriented with a good ability to process customers, create business and make deals. You are easy to collaborate with and have a good social and communicative ability, which is needed in your contacts both internally and externally. You are prestigious, flexible, positive and open to change. We work globally in an international market with many foreign customer contacts, therefore we demand very good knowledge of both English and Spanish. If you also have other languages, it is an advantage. We assume that you are a good user of business systems and MS Office. The position involves travel, so we require driving license.
You will be employed directly by Absolicon, located at the head office in northern Sweden, Härnösand (50 minutes by flight to Stockholm). Working hours: 40 hours/week. International travel days about 50 days/year.
